For Arrivals:

  • Meeting Point Location: arrival hall,  driver holding your name sign board.
  • Waiting Time Policy:  the driver will wait after landing at arrival hall

  • Procedure if Flight is Delayed:  Keiffel Tours staff will track the flight.

     

For Departures:

  • Recommended Pick-up Time: Based on flight time and travel duration to the airport. Consider traffic and check-in time. ( which our staff will already done)
  • Exact Pick-up Address: Confirm location of client (e.g., front of building, lobby).
     

 

✅ 3. Luggage Information

  • Luggage Allowance: Confirm vehicle capacity matches client needs.
  • Special Items: Mention if carrying skis, golf bags, pets, etc.
  • Amenities ( child seat ) upon demand
